I have been saying this for as long as I remember. Seriously, think about it. Every bad decision, even if it ends up really fucking horrible, no especially if it ends up horrible, is a great story. I love that I just read this somewhere else. Thank you internet.

check out the whole list here (I've not finished reading it, stopped at 10 to make this post) :)

I love The Oatmeal, especially when he pulls off stuff like this.

Toasting your buns

Sometimes advertising is really fantastic. When it breaks out of the box and really does something unique and impactful. Like VW's "The Fun Theory" campaign, especially the piano stairs, this Oven Bus Stop with an actual heater element is really impressive and I'm not soon to forget.

While this may cost significantly more than the normal media buy, it seems it's quality over quantity, which seems to be more rare these days with massive banner ad and email driven ad campaigns.

Hamsters FTW!

(stolen headline alert)

After Kia's ad agency won Nielsen's Automotive Ad of the Year for their first commercial, they've come back with something that is not only ballsy in approach but also shows that they're willing to go head-to-head with Toasters, err I mean competition that may look like toasters.

I love when companies are have enough confidence in themselves and their products to show why they're better and in this case, far more hip. Even if their version of hip are "Hamstars".
